Information We Collect
NubSero collects infrastructure-related data required to provide domain monitoring and DNS visibility. This includes domain names, DNS records, monitoring snapshots, and configuration data connected to your account.
If you create an account, we may collect your email address, authentication information, and workspace configuration so the platform can securely operate your environment.
DNS Provider Credentials
NubSero allows optional integration with DNS providers using API credentials. These credentials are encrypted at rest and only used when you explicitly trigger DNS actions within the platform.
Access to these credentials is restricted to internal services responsible for executing your requested actions.
Analytics and Platform Observability
To understand platform performance and usability, NubSero uses analytics services including Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics.
These tools may collect information such as page views, interaction events, device type, browser details, and approximate location. This data helps us identify usability issues, improve reliability, and understand how features are used.
Analytics data is used solely for product improvement and operational insight. NubSero does not sell user data or allow advertising networks to profile users.
Third-Party Services
NubSero relies on trusted infrastructure providers to operate the platform, including hosting services, analytics providers, and monitoring infrastructure.
These services may process limited technical information necessary to deliver platform functionality but are not permitted to use the information for unrelated purposes.
Data Retention
Infrastructure monitoring history, DNS snapshots, and operational logs are stored while your account remains active so that your team maintains a reliable audit trail.
If your account is deleted, associated data will be removed or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required for security or legal obligations.
Security Practices
NubSero uses encrypted connections, secure infrastructure, and strict access controls to protect infrastructure data. Sensitive configuration values and credentials are encrypted and stored using modern security standards.
